Don't Try To Add Anything. Bad attitude!

Tried to add some extra veggies to the Tom Ka Kai and pay extra for it and the person on the phone suggested I call another restaurant.

So I did.

Get the garlic chicken!. I found out about this place when I used to work around the corner. I would get my order and my coworkers would always pester me to get them something. That's how good this place is. Cheap and good. I recommend the garlic chicken but be warned the garlic will invade your soul.

GREAT, SUPERB WOULD EAT AT AGAIN A+. great place. really good prices, good portions, tastes good and delivers too. only downside is they dont take credit card. what kind of place in this day and age do not take credit card? that is so annoying

Good and Cheap. Tips house is pretty good thai food, its not the best in town, but you get a lot for your money. There is only one waitress and she hustles. You can go in there one time and she will remember your order the next time you want to go in. I personally like the garlic chicken and the BBQ thai chicken is good too.

Not for vegetarians!!! :(. A vegetarian and lover of Thai food, I went with some friends to this place I've heard so much about. The only vegetarian options were an egg roll or some rice. They refused to make Pad Thai without oyster sauce because "they couldn't do it"; or Pad See Ew without egg because "it would stick to the pan"...I volunteered to wash the pan but I was told, no, they were too busy. TIP'S would rather lose a customer and potential business than accomodate their customers.

Pad-see-ew! da bomb!. need i say more, this place shells out a mean lunch for 5-6 bucks, can't beat it. One of the few Thai places that does'nt skimp on portions and offers great service. Try the pananng beef, or the bbq chicken, all good for next to nothing. Can't go wrong, i bring the out of town clan there all the time, and if your good you'll get a spanish/ english fortune cookie too! , Por Supuesto - I think the rating is off, should be HIGHER!! i give it a 9.8!

Great Chicken Fried Rice. This place has some very delicious, very authentic Chicken Friend rice. I highly recommend trying it.

Magically Delicious!. This place rocks! The food is always good and at a great price. Try their Spicy Garlic Chicken special. The garlic in that will keep vampires away for weeks!! One of my top ten LA hole-in-the wall restaurants!

Lookin for Great Tasting Thai Food!. This place a is a hole in the wall that serve's "Great Tasting Thai Food". Its really known around town and if you have not been here.... You are missing out! Its not a big place but you can take out and enjoy it anywhere you go. The Thai lady is so sweet, she reminds me of a thai ice tea,.

Good, Fast, Cheap. Every Thursday my co-workers and I have lunch pick-up from Tip's. It's a small place and not fancy. Looking at it you would think they were one of those slop-serving fast food joints. On the contrary, the food is good (cooked right, good ingredients and clean) but they still manage to make it fast and cheap (average meal is about $6) - ample helpings too. I don't like most of the places around Koreatown - this is an exception. Give it a try.
