Rude Manager/Day late for VALENTINES. Manager was rude and unapologetic for her own error, offered no reimbursement or compensation for delivering flowers a day late of valentines day so it reflected poorly on me and not them.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

A DAY LATE, DISHONEST, FLAKY, RIPOFF. I ordered flowers a day in advance and she never got them. They were dropped off at my house when it was dark on my doorstep. They were supposed to be delivered to her school before 2pm. The driver said there was no one there at 1:15. Wow.. 900 students while class was in session? After a week of saying, "I will check the notes and get back to you" I was told sorry. They believe the driver and not me nor my wife. Wasted 72.00. Terrible terrible. I will be getting my money back after I picket their shop for valentine's day.

THEIR DESIGNERS ARE ALLWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH MAKING A SELECTION AND QUESTIONS

Rude Manager/Owner. I contacted this florist per a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to a man named Carlos. He was nice on the phone and for 2 weeks promised returned phone calls of which I never received. Finally after 2 weeks I gave him one last attempt, when he coldly and rudely informed me that he was too busy to help me at this time. He did not allow me to respond and just hung up on me. I called back to tell him that I was not done speaking and he hung up on me again. this is not the way to treat potential business.

BEST FLORIST. SPENT $45 AND IN JUST 2 HOURS MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT WITH LOTS OF ROSES AND OTHER GREAT LOOKING FLOWERS
