The guy was a Champ. Their plumber came out and took a look at my problem and found an even bigger problem. Apparently the cap to the main sewer line was not attached or popped off by accident resulting in the backup of sewage. The guy was a champ. All in all, he did a lot and double checked lines making sure they were clear using a heavy duty snake.

Hard working and professional. Very helpful. Ford's Plumbing and Heating do a spectacular job. I could not ask for better. Everyone they send out are polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Quality Work. Had them do some major work in my previous house and was incredibly happy with their agreed schedule, attitude and quality of work. He didn't even complain when he had to crawl around under my 100+ year old house in a really tight and nasty crawl space for an extended period of time.
