Just literal steps from the sand, the distinct brick building sits on Venice Beach Boardwalk, offering oceanside views and glimpses at the sidewalk spectacle the area is famous for. While the building only hosts one-bedroom and studio suites decorated with a simple, beachy touch, each one features full kitchens with granite countertops, free DSL and cable TV, hardwood floors, high ceilings with recessed lighting and walk-in closets. Even better, the rooftop not only has panoramic views of the beach, but also a sun deck, BBQ grill and dining area.
