Horrible management that eats students money!

I am a student who just moved out of Windward Sea Apt. When I moved out the manager told me it is in working conditions. But somehow a month later they told me that it cost $1000 to carpet clean, paint, etc.. this and that.

LB Property have taken advantages of students. Even though I am a student but i know the market price does not cost a grand to clean up a 700sq apartment. Please don't rent from this place!

• Cons: charges everything took away $1000 of deposit!

LB is the best!

LB worked very hard to do and get whatever my buiilding might have needed or even really what they might have wanted. I was very impressed with how helpful all of thier employees were and how helpful they proved to be. I could not have made it through without them being there with me if you have a chance to check them out do it is a decision that you will not regret making in your future. This place is the best property management company that I have ever worked at.
