Anna 2008 was right.
Was waiting for about 10 min before anyone would come and help me. When she did seem very put out. They did not have what I was looking for and when I asked to speak to the manager she says "Your speaking to the assistant manager." I asked to speak to someone higher, she just says "No ones here, I'm a manager." RUDE will take my business somewhere else.

I went there twice in attempt to buy ink and a pen, the staff's service was rude and arrogant, and when I got home I realize that not only I didn't need bottled ink for the pen she recommended, she also give me the wrong color of ink. I was too lazy to exchange it, so kept it without return. After about 6 month I dropped by again for another fountain pen, and unfortunately was greeted by the same woman. I was looking for a specific type of Mont Blank fountain pen as a gift to my father, which they happen to be out of stock temporally, then I asked if she could show me the approximate size of it so I can order it for now. She said she knew, but she could not show me, so I said "what do you mean? you have all different size of pen under this counter, you can't pick one and say it is about the size of this pen?" and she smeared a smile on her face and said, "that's right, I cannot!" By then I had already decided on a cheaper pen and ink for myself, while she ran up the item, suddenly remembering about the ink color mistake from last time, I said to her, "oh can you check the ink color inside the box? I got the wrong color last time." Then she rolled her eyes and yelled at me and said," well, I didn't know what color was inside the box!" By then I lost my patience too and asked her what her name was, she shook her neck and said' "my name is so and so, and I am THE MANAGER of the store."
I heard that, and went inside the bookstore for a complaint, but never heard a reply from the manager of the bookstore either. A couple days later I inquired about the incident with the office again, a woman told me that I just caught the manager during a bad time, she was having "some dental problem that has been bothering her, that's why she took it out on a customer." I thought to myself, "wow, a dental problem that lasted six month, but ok." so I said "fine, you have my email and phone number, let her give me a call and apologize in person." They never call again.
Emphasis on "FINE".
They've taken what used to be housed in a small section of the Bookstore, moved it into it's own space and expanded the selection. Beautiful paperweights of brass, glass, and sand filled leather pouches are only some beautiful desk accessories available. They stock the highest quality stationery (Cranes), both plain and monogrammed. We bought our casual wedding invitations and had them printed here. Our proof was done in less than 24 hours, and the final printing turned around in about the same time. What I expected to take a week or more was done in 2 days. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, but not pushy in any way.
