Great Patient Care!. I've been a patient of Dr. Chen's for Psoriasis for a few months now, and am very satisfied with all the treatments thus far. Dr. Chen uses light treatment to treat Psoriasis, and I've never had a problem besides occasional waiting time, but that's understandable because he doesn't require light patients to make appointments since we show up so regularly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with his work and he seems very knowledgeable and well respected by all his patients.
