Stay here!. The location is superb. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy, the pool is fun, the rooms are clean. What more could you ask for!? This place is great and I will be staying here again if I am ever back in the area.

The only thing I wish I knew was you can borrow bikes there for free!

Outstanding Staff, Trendy and Chic Lobby. Very Nice location. I would first off recommend if you want quiet then request High Floor, Marina side. If you don't mind the street noise and want a view of the city AND Ocean then request City/Ocean View again High floor but be prepared to look out over the parking lot and strip mall... Okay so the staff was excellent; friendly and courteous from the Bellman, Valet, Front Desk, housekeeping and Gift Shop. We had some cocktails in the lobby bar... 5 Martini's and 2 "very light" (think smaller than the size of a tapas) appetizers cost us over $100.00!!

My boyfriend raved over the refreshing beverages served in the Lobby every day a different Aqua al Fresco each day! We walked every night across the street to the beach and Marina looked at the boats enjoyed a very nice peaceful and relaxing 2 1/2 days. Room Service was prompt and efficient. Room itself was okay balcony was really super small you could go out but you couldn't sit it was just one of those you could walk out and barely turn... they don't want you on the Balconies =/

Parking $26.00 at the hotel or waltz your booty across the street park it your dang self it will cost you $6.00 for 24 hours!

I absolutely loved the lobby area very chic, inviting you to lounge and have a cocktail... expensive one or wait until happy hour (house brands, beer and wine only). Also they have complimentary wi-fi in the Lobby area but it will cost you $12.95 to use in your room. Many guests felt the way we did because it was consistently busy down there. Glow is nice and trendy we went out there for a second but it was cold and windy and although they have plenty of fire "places" we sat inside. Wasn't impressed with the appetizers we ordered Tuna Tartar and Calamari blah nothing to write home about. Drinks WERE strong the boyfriend had a Belvedere Martini that he about convinced me that the "GODS of Liqour made themselves" LOL and I had a Peach Bellini which was quite delicious... hence my ordering 3 OF THEM!! *hiccup

Did not use the pool area but we did go check it out felt a little odd to walk pass the restaurant and lobby lounge to get to the Pool area but it was nice. Also if you walk out back of the hotel there is a Noah Bagel and Jonis Cafe conveniently located close to you as well as the Cheesecake Factory not more than 1 block away.... technically on the SAME block Hah! can't beat THAT with a stick! :)

Great Place and close to Joni's Coffee Roasting Cafe. Great hotel with all the amenities. Friendly staff that makes sure you have fun and all the right information during your stay in LA. Also, don't forget to walk to Joni's Cafe (right behind the hotel) Great Food + Fresh Roasted Coffee On-Site. Celeb Hangout on the weekends...

A high-rise business hotel overlooking the Marina.. In Short
Marina del Rey is the world's largest manmade, small-craft harbor, and its lovely, sailboat-filled waterfront environment spices up this otherwise generic hotel. The tower's comfortable guest rooms don't have much going for them by way of style, other than the marina and city views. Within a couple miles of the hotel are the funky boutiques of the Venice Boardwalk, the recreated Fisherman's Village, sailboat rental agencies and a winding bike path that runs along the beach from Malibu to Redondo Beach.
