Great service! Every employee has been more than nice and quite conversational. Clean rooms and a nice lobby bar. And coffee stands everywhere!

Like the hotel, stay here every time I am in Santa Monica BUT they need new carpets and there is no free wifi.

Gym is great: plenty of dumbbells, elipticals, and more. Walking distance to the Promenade, the pier, and tons of great stuff. All the staff incredibly customer oriented.
