Not the best place for a bargain. I'm all for finding a bargain, which makes me a frequent patron of stores like Forever 21. Charlotte Russe just doesn't do it for me, however. It isn't as color coordinated as Forever, so I can never really find what I'm looking for. Also, while Forever 21 seems to carry their own interpretation of the trends that are hot, Charlotte Russe doesn't show as much creativity. They do sell their own line of shoes, however, unlike Forever.
