They will deliver things you did not order and charge for things you will never receive. Their drivers are paid commission on everything they sell, they are highly motivated to be dishonest. Watch for added charges at all times. False invoices will be generated and sent to you in hopes you will overlook them and pay with real invoices. Their internal policies are legendary for their deceit.
Don't work with them, it's a nightmare.

Promised excellent service at competetive rates I made the mistake of hiring this company. Our uniforms were often delivered without name patches, sometimes the wrong size, sometimes not enough. They even once delivered one of our mats with the logo of a DIFFERENT BUSINESS on it. They tried to raise my rates every 2-3 months, or they would indicate delivery of more product than they actually delivered.
I no longer have the business and they are trying to get me to pay for the remainder of the contract.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

he salesman Jason Salter told me Domestic was a small company that cared about there customers. He assured me that he would be my contact person if I had any problems. Since signing with Domestic Jason has pawned me off on someone else at the company with two seperate requests.
I was told by someone I was told was the VP that I would only be charged what was delivered to me. When I was going to sign the very confusing contract it was explained to me that I would only be charged for what I used. I was not going to sign the contract because that is not what it said but I was assured that it was the case. My fault for trusting a company to act in good faith.
The installation of my equipment from Domestic was not done when promised and when it was finally done Jason Kaplan told me he would give me one month free service in addition to the two weeks free I was given for signing. I have been charged every delivery. Not only was the installation late but they installed all used and scrathced equipment but promised me to replace it with new stuff asap. I still have the used stuff up. In my second location five dispensers came off of the wall. It took two days to get someone to my restaurant at 5:30 PM to fix it.
