Editorial Review for Fosselman's – by Stephanie L. Smith
The Scene
Smartly outfitted in strawberry pink and chocolate brown, bentwood chairs and Tiffany-inspired lampshades, this ice cream parlor is the real deal. It boasts a bona fide Main Street address and the Fosselman's family recipes. Join throngs of families agonizing over tiny sample spoons and which of the 47 flavors to pick.
The Food
All of Fosselman's ice cream is made in the back room and it's no secret what makes it taste so good: 16-percent butterfat. The freshest fruits, the most pungent extracts, the toastiest nuts are all suspended in mountains of thick, luscious, premium ice cream. Burgundy cherry is ripe with ruby fruit; cappuccino indulges in deep, dark-roasted flavor; and there's nothing plain about the blissfully simple vanilla. Too rich for your blood? Try a fresh fruit sorbet concocted with juice, sugar, lemon and ice. The Green apple sorbet is especially explosive.

I got the french vanilla on a whim and it was the best french vanilla ice cream I have ever had. No kidding. It somehow tasted a little like root beer! I might be crazy- but it's worth tasting to find out for yourself anyway. So good!!
Pros: Yummy Ice Cream!!
