DO NOT EVER GO HERE

KimB, I had almost the same type of delay as you - called ahead in the morning to check how long it'd take - once I got there I was told it'll take about double the time (3 hours instead of 1.5)...I shut my mouth and figured there's nothing I could do. About 4 hour later, I walked over to check and the guy says "yeah it's coming 15 mins!!!" and I waited like a fool for another 45 min. I've tried to go in for oil changes in the past and was told they're too fulll - bottom line they DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS so don't bother giving it to them. I will never go here again.

I have been coming to Wondries Toyota for 3 years since I purchased my Toyota from them, ask for Luis Casas the nicest guy in the world to buy your car from and the service dept are pro's.

- Cons: Get's busy on the weekends!
