The BEST customer service!!!

The staff at ABS is just wonderful and the best part about it is that it is family owned and run! It's not often these days to find places like this. They have supplies galore! Everything from baby products to brand new products straight off the runway. Everyone is so knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy. They have a great selection of jewelry at really good prices. Better than I have seen at department stores. Go see for yourself...

Horrible Service.

I was waiting for someone to post about that guy. He should be shot. I wouldn't give him a job if he paid me.

He is rude, arrogant, ugly, and terrible at sales.

I used to love going to alhambra beauty supply, but I can't stand that guy.

I hope management does something about him. Fire Him!

• Pros: There are much better beauty supply shops in the area.
• Cons: Bad customer service.

Worst Service EVER!!!

Tall guy who is in sales, tries to sell products...basically, if you don't buy any products he will turn into an A.Hole on ya. I have been a customer for 2 years, consistently, and this guy just had a bad day with his kids and decides that he is going to be rude to the customers. He turned his back on me and walked away when I said, "No" to him regarding the purchase of some products.

Unbelievable. Everyone else is nice, though. This guy really left a bad taste.

Now, I am a customer of the competition. Sorry ABS! maybe 1000/month will be better spent somewhere else.

• Pros: Parking is good.
• Cons: Tall guy needs to work on service skills, else he will always be at ABS selling gel.
