DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!. If you're looking for a place to have a party of any type & if you really want to just throw your money away...this is the place to go!!!!!!

I recently held a party at this facility & you'd think with the amount of money they charge the owners would treat a customer better. This guy is very cocky, arrogant & could care less whether you patronize his business or not. When you ask a specific questions about what services are being offered, he gives you these open ended one word responses that aren't clear. Which unfortunately, leads you to ask even more questions, which he totally shows you how annoyed he is by his demeanor.

Regardless, of their fees you would think the owner would be a little bit more welcoming or inviting, however he lacks skills to deal with the public, which is very obvious. Funny thing is the guy who owns this place is African American & with a business in the San Gabriel Valley area where its residence patronize "their own" establishments (which after dealing with him I don't blame people for doing so), he should understand that sometimes just on appearance alone could possibly seal the fate on potential business. People period don't need or want to do business with others that are just plan & simply...RUDE! Most folks with an IQ higher than a field mouse would know when their money is truly being welcomed & when it's not. Especially, when the business of having parties at a place like Ultrazone is a very easy money to make & there are people who are willing to give their children a great time despite the expense.

Trust me I'd never go back until I know this guy no longer owns it. The only good & smart thing the owner did was hire staff that understood not only about customer service, but clearly understood how NOT to be in the service industry. I'm sure that it was more due to good home training the staff had as oppose to being properly trained by their boss. But hey who knows, I'm sure they probably walk around on egg shells too, knowing how belittling their boss can be. They have my sympathy & I hope they land a better gig else where. In the end, the kids had fun which in a nut shell for me was the only positive experience I'd hope to have after being treated so poorly.

He better wake up, smell the coffee & table the condescending attitude!!!!!!! Because places like this will be short lived if at best a one hit wonder type of establishment.

Just don't waste your time & money...there are plenty of other places you can get laser tag games from. Look on-line for mobile laser tag places that will come to your home or a park. I'm sure that would be a better idea than to waste your efforts at Ultrazone.

Plenty of Fun. Pretty fun, especially during Halloween. They charge to go through the maze but worth the $ if you have kids who like to be scared. Video games and more video games. Great place to take the kids on a Saturday afternoon!
