My session with Erin was top notch. I really didn't know what to expect when i walked into her office. She was very professional and i felt very comfortable with her right away. Erin listened to my nutritional history and was able to steer me in the right direction in meeting my dietary needs. She's insightful and brilliant! I talked on and on about myself and she didn't yawn once - amazing, i know. Erin has a very sincere demeanor that makes you want to pour out all your twisted, spagetti thoughts so she can unravel them and restore sense and order. In just my first session, Erin released me from my food fears. Now shopping and eating are stress-free activities. Amen, Amen. - Shay Vanhorn

Erin's sessions aren't about dieting - she helps you work through your emotions surrounding food. Her sessions are like therapy and they focus on all areas of your life - not just food. Her sessions have transformed my life and she's been able to give me real ways to work through my emotional eating issues. When I first started seeing her, I was frustrated about dieting and exercising compulsively. Now, I can eat without guilt, and lead a healthy balanced life. Anyone that wants to gain a new perspective on themselves and their relationship with food or their body should visit Erin. I feel so lucky to have found her!
Pros: easy location, flexible hours, Erin's great personality
