The iconic ante-bellum mansion was built by Thomas Ince in 1918. After his death, DeMille purchased it and expanded the backlot, recreating Jerusalem for 1927s King of Kings. It became RKO in 1928.

If your visiting don't park in the parking garage it's a waste of money and they only take cash. Park on the street down by gate three or in the residential area next to gate 2 or 3
