They Have Everything!!!. Love that they carry Everything! i don't have to drive to different salons or beauty supply stores to get my favorites. They only thing is that they mark up the prices way more than salons and so when I'm on a budget i guess the drive around town is kinda worth it. ..

love this place, shopped here for years!. i love this beauty supply!! they always have everything i want!! including the latest nail polish collections! ive pretty much have met all the girls who have worked here over the years, and they have all treated me wonderfully! Ive been there a couple times shopping when they get the most annoying customers with the dumbest questions! the always help me with what I need, If your undecisive, dont come here because they are not there to shop for you! its a pretty big store, so its not like the girls can hold your hand and go through every product with you, they have other custmers to deal with, I think thats probably the only problem ive had there, when dumb people shop that they ask so many questions that i have to wait to pay!!! other then that, i love it here, if i could spend my whole pay check here i would!!!!

Expect Really Bad Customer Service. Store has a very good selection of products if you can palate the terrible customer service. The staff is always having a gossip session and get annoyed if you interrupt it to ask about a product or ring up sales. Uncooperative about response to a question, argumentative, and generally very teenage behavior. I've dealt with my two teens, I don't need this attitude from a store I have given a lot of business to. I've found some other alternative places I will be shopping in future. Be prepared for rudeness here!

Great product selection, and great cut and color - Low frills...not for snobs. I love Beauty Lab. Theresa has been cutting and coloring my hair for a while - personally I'll never change hairstylists as long as she is around. Beauty Lab is the opposite of the salon I went to in Brentwood - it's relaxed, very really low frills (The decor is non existent), and Theresa is not chatty or rushed. She's a very skilled, patient hairstylist who takes her time and does not cut corners. My hair has never looked better - and I've received many compliments on my hair since going to her. If you need a hairdresser who makes a lot of small talk she may not be a fit for you (She's pretty low key), but if you insist on a precise cut and expert color she will not disappoint.

best brazilian wax by margy!! great selection of products as well!!. I came across this place at random almost a year ago, and im sooo glad i did!! i was searching for a great esthetician mainly for brazilian waxing, as ive had a lot of bad experiences. the girls set me up with an appointment, which is usually needed in order to see margy, she tends to book up fast, and for good reason. margy is the best!! i have never felt so comfortable, she has a very calming energy about her. she also uses what is probably the best wax on the market. i am so happy with the results, i will never go anywhere ever again!!! i really dont know what id do if she ever moved.

Best color of my life!!!!!!. Being new to the area, I didn't know where to go. After a friend told me about this place I decided to make an appointment. I am so glad that I did. Susana did such a fantastic job on my hair. I have never been happier with the color results. She gave me a beautiful color and a trendy and fun hair cut. Just what I wanted!!!

Highly Recomend Susana, you won't be sorry.

awesome salon with great products!. this place is the greatest! they always have all of the things i am looking for when it comes to beauty products, including the latest and greatest stuff. and it is also a one stop shop bc of the variety of services that they provide in the salon. the girls are great every time i come in there. thanks beauty lab! i'm so glad that ur just around the corner!

Great place for waxing!. I have a standing appointment every two weeks with Margie. I have never left there dissapointed. The products used for waxing are high end and non-allergenic. Overall the Beauty Lab has everything a cosmentic junky could ask for.

Like customer service? Dont' shop here!!!. Wow the customer service at this place is beyond terrible!!!!! The girls that work there don't know anything about the products they're selling! And even though the receipt ONLY says "No Refunds", they also do not allow exchanges of unused merchandise!!! For an independently owned small business you'd think they'd make customer service a priority. Nope, not here.

Haven't (and wouldn't) visit the salon, so I can't comment on that.
