Located in the Brentwood Country Mart, this outdoor favorite lets diners order at the counter and relax at a plethora of picnic tables located both in the sun and shade.. In Short
One of the five staple restaurants found inside the upscale Brentwood Country Mart, this gourmet burger stand serves deluxe salads and sandwiches from the grill. It's certainly no food court, though. Well-kept picnic tables dot the space directly in front of the restaurant, while a circular bar-style table surrounds a giant tree in the patio's center. Mothers with children in strollers, casual shoppers, and even senior citizens are known to frequent since the menu handily covers all its bases. Their claim-to-fame burger comes cooked however you'd like it, with onion, lettuce and tomato (cheese is extra), but gourmet toppings abound elsewhere. In the case of their "North Beach" burger, grilled mushrooms and artichoke hearts take center stage. And with over 20 different vegetarian burgers to boot, everything from the garden variety to grilled portobello sandwiches, the non-carnivorous subset can get a hearty meal, too.

The best!. These burgers rock. The menu is loooong with so many different toppings combinations, whether you are a beef, chicken, or veggie fan. And you must order the spicy curly fries. Greatest french fries ever. Very affordable (full meal for two is just over $20), they serve beer by the bottle, and the service is fast. I loved the place up in San Francisco and was thrilled when I heard they opened locations in Santa Monica and Brentwood. In Brentwood validated parking is free.

Best Burger Ever!. I love their curly fries, and the Turkish coffee milkshake is heavenly. All of their burgers are awesome (get them with grilled onions), and their blackened chicken sandwich is actually spicy, not just salty.
