Ordered for lunch - delivery we work just down the street (about a mile away) and after repeating my order 3 times, almost having to yell out the order - lunch still hasn't arrived. Delivery took almost an hour and half, and it wasn't a large order (even though the order guy said it was). After calling to see where our order was, I was put on hold for almost another 10 minutes while they figured out what order I was talking about, and where it was going. Their service strategy seems to be to put you on hold until you hang up out of frustration. Nice tactic! Hopefully the food is good, because the service is seriously lacking!
Pros: Healthy menu, good food
Cons: Long delivery wait, clueless staff members

Everytime I call Pita Pit the line is either busy forever or when they answer they say they don't have anyone to deliver right now and that it will be over an hour. ALWAYS. This has happened to me definately at least six times. I JUST got off the phone with them after it was busy for 10 minutes. I finally reached them and I was told it would be over an hour wait. This happens EVERY time. Last time when I did order they didn't have any avocado or hummus. Therefore, my delivery order wouldn't reach the $10 minum for delivery service. So I had to cancel. It never works out. It's too bad because I do like their wraps. The service is just never up to par. If this happens to me this often then it must be happening to other people. I don't understand that if it's this busy all of the time that they don't increase the number of staff to accommodate their business. It's so aggrevating.. and I'm hungry.
