The women I spoke to was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. I ordered the complete set of 31 CFR Money and Finance just a few days ago and received everything today!

I asked her if there was anyway to get the books shipped out immediately. She promised they would ship out the same day. I did not expect to receive the books so quickly which is exactly why I am writing this review.

I would definitely order from them again.

Found them helpfull believe is was Michelle who assisted us. Purchased a complete set of Code Of Federal Regulations Title 18 on line. The transaction was very simple. Received the shipment within 4 or 5 days.

Several days Later I discovered I would also have a need for a copy Of the US Code Title 18 which was not listed on Legal Books depot Web site.

As a last resort Our Office called Legal Books depot who informed me that they could special Order this research material and have to dropped ship to the same address as the CFR Title 18 were delivered. Approximately a week Later one copy of US code Title 18 was delivered as expected

Worst Online Purchase EVER!. I would never tell my worst enemy to order from this company! I have been fighting with them to get my full set of CFR's 21 & 14 for over a year.

The "supervisor's" are a joke and there are rarely the same employees working. They tell you to call back every week, yet they never send what I am missing. So far I now have an incomplete set of outdated books due to their lack of prompt or accurate shipments.

HORRIBLE Service & Awful Company!

Easy to Deal with and shipped on time. Ordered a set of CFR 19 and a Harmonized Tariff Schedule. Truth be told I called around and they promised I would have the three Titles of CFR 19"s and The current HTS.

I placed the Order over the phone because I had questions. Spoke to Amy and she assured me they would ship out that day and the shipping was $5.00

The Order was send USPS and everything went Fine I received it on the 3rd or 4th day.

I would buy next years HTS and 19 CFR again.

Ordered a complete set of Cfr 40. Called during Their Hours of operation. Discovered that they actually Invoice/ PO orders. Ordered four complete sets of CFR Title 40. This is a 36 volume set. These books are not all published at all at once, rather they are updated over a period of time per volume and not in sequence. I was told this and I was aware of it prior

We received a majority of the books with an Invoice of the total order stating what was shipped and what was not yet published.

Within a reasonable time frame We received all the books. Previously We would order the same quantity and title of CFR's from the main hub of the USGPO. Our purchasing Dept decided to give this business a try since no other entity would consider invoicing. We received the order in far less time than the previous vendor and with us being billed there was nothing really to loose other than time.

I was not aware there was a review process as it was discovered by coincidence.

Very Happy with their service and payment arrangements, and prompt delivery
