Worst Experience EVER. we ordered CFRS for Dept of energy and they charged our cchargecard but never delivered the product. should have checked the ratings before I ordered. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!!!!. I work for a university and ordered a CFR 13 for our office back in February. Our credit card was charged automatically and I still have not received this book, it is now November. We can't get anyone on the phone. We call numerous times a week and leave numerous messages, and when we finally get to speak to someone the answer is it's in the mail. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!! They don't even deserve the one star rating I had to give them.

Horrible. Ordered books in late January that I needed to study prior to an April 6th Exam. As of March 26th, still haven't received my complete order. The first book trickled in nearly one month after I ordered, two more a couple a weeks ago. This should have taken 3-7 business days! They charged my card ASAP by the way. Do not return emails and answer the phone about once every dozen calls and then only to tell you it's on back order and they should be getting in within the next few days. STAY AWAY!!!! IGNORE THE APPARENT REASONABLE PRICE.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would give NO stars if possible. We placed an order for 7 copies of a CFR on 10/21/08 and, as of 2/17/08, they still have not been SHIPPED! Hard to get a real person to answer the phone; almost NEVER returned calls; it was always SOMEONE ELSE who was handling the order and they weren't there; told us again and again that the order would ship out in a few days or next week, but it NEVER DID. In LATE December we were told that the books HAD been received a few weeks earlier, but the shipment was damaged and they were waiting for replacements. However, they charged our credit card in EARLY December! We made 2 BIG mistakes: trying to save a few bucks (you get what you pay for), and believing THEIR LIES. Now we're trying to cancel the order and get our money back -- wish us luck!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!. I placed my order in January - it is June and I still don't have the full order. Company instructs CSRs to lie to customers to get them off the phone. Company president does not even return phone calls. Save yourself some money and aggrevation and shop someplace else!
