Great Quality Food @ A Great Price. Octopus has great food. I love their salads and happy hour menu. Their reverse happy hour (8:30pm to close - 7 days a week) makes late night dining deliously inexpensive!! The service is expectional.

Warm atmosphere , Fast service. The place was pretty cool. Not too busy nor crowded,We just ordered a bunch of everything and I can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like. The sushi came out very quickly. Overall service was great ,I would come back to this place.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!. This place is horrible. The service can be good, but can be real crappy. They did not serve me what I ordered, but I told them to take it off of my check- they told me that they wont because they served it to me. They served me substandard fish that wasnt even what I ordered and pretended that it was just a "different color fish." Probably old fish they found in the trash of the real sushi restaurant down the street. Never going back there again. Kabuki is good though and it is close by.

Best Suprise ever.... Amazing restaurant, tucked away in the corner of the Town Center area... I passed by it probably a thousand times before i ever even was made aware of its existence. It is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have been to and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to go to. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend you stopping by this restaurant.

Love this place!. This place has great food for great prices! The sushi is always half-off and unlike most Japanese restaurants, you leave feeling full. Plus if you join their email club you get $10 off coupons every few weeks. And for us vegetarians out there, there are definitely a lot of options! (hint for veggies: if you want a roll in a combination, you can ask for the California roll without crab meat)

Octopus....Best price for the Best sushi in town!. Octopus Japanese Restaurant....not only do they have the best sushi but their combo meals are great. My favorite are the raw oysters garnished with smelts eggs, since it is prepared upon order they may take a bit long but worth the wait. The combo meals are so big it can be shared by two people. We have tried three other Japanese restaurants near by but nothing compares to Octopus.

PS Don't forget their deep fried green tea ice cream, it's the bomb at Octopus.

I would of given Octopus a 10 but the service is at times slow since the place is packed, especially on the weekends.

Great Lunch Specials. We went there with the buy one get one free card from entertainment book. The restaurant was nice, one of the staff members was extremely nice (she kept playing with my baby, even took him for a look around the restaurant), and the food was good. The portions were huge and when my daughter didn't like the green tea iced tea, she replaced it with another drink without charging for the tea. I liked the chicken teriyaki and the california rolls. The spicy tuna was pretty good, but I have a place that specializes in it, so no one can really beat them yet on that.

Good value. We showed up for dinner here after hearing some friends talk about how much they loved it. The sushi was fresh (not fishy tasting), and the portions were more than fair. It took a little while to place our order, and the staff seemed less than thrilled to be there, but overall, we had more food than we could finish for less money than we'd spend at most restaurants.

not sushi. The food that I was served here was not near par. I was pretty disappointed. It is similar to the sushi place Kabuki, which is a franchise sushi restaurant owned by non-Japanese, so if you want something that is casual, quick eat, and just bargain, come. Their lunch menu was acceptable, but the sushi was all based on california roll and I could not pick up the sushi without using a spoon...rice literally breaks in your hands.

Sushi is definitely an art here. I had lunch today and had three different dishes -- totally filling and pretty tasty. Pricewise, I've seen better elsewhere, but nothing has quite looked so good and tasted just as good. I especially enjoyed the Snow Roll which has baked halibut and cream cheese. Also, I was greeted when I entered and bid a fond farewell when I left, which was definitely a nice touch.
