Editorial Review for Busby's – by Patrick Green
In Short
More like an upscale club, this is one of the few sports bars in town that boasts a wide selection of imported beer, a menu light on greasy grub, surprisingly non-sticky floors and a good-looking crowd. The charming old-English interior with dark-leather booths and sconce lighting is split into five sections, including two living room-like lounges and game areas complete with pool tables, foosball, video games and darts.

I just returned from Busby's. The food was good and I liked the interior and atmosphere of the place. However, the service was poor. It wasn't that the waitresses weren't hustling, it was more a case of the place being woefully understaffed. We waited longer for service at our table than at any place I have gone to in LA and I have been to more than my share. Also, the lighting at our booth was so poor that I couldn't read the bill clearly. The total seemed about what I expected, but it wasn't until we left that I realized that we had been charged for an item we never received. We had requested the item, but were later informed that they were out of it. I also was charged $10 for a drink that had been advertised as $8 during happy hour.

This is a great location for parties and meetin new peeps! Waitresses are all hot! Keep this on the down low....shhh! It does get busy so try to get there eairler as the bars get ridicuous at around the midnight hour. They have awsome games and pool tabls. RSVP's are the bomb!
Pros: Great Sports Scene/Hot Waitresses/Nice Smokin Patio
Cons: Rude male bartenders/Many Haters so be prepared with your "A" game
