excellent cleaners!!!!. I have been bring my dry cleaning to Ritz cleaners for the past five years and I have yet to complain. The staff is is very helpful and always greeting me with a friendly smile. I took my clothes to the cleaners nearby and I found more stains then when I dropped them off! A button was even missing! I have never had this problem at Ritz cleaners. I was so impressed with my dry cleaning I asked to speak to the manager who was very friendly and appreciative. The prices are reasonable. If you want quality dry cleaning Ritz is the only place to take your clothes to. I would recommend Ritz to anyone who wants quality dry cleaning.

Ritz Dry Cleaner's prices are beyond ritzy ... While excellent dry cleaning services -- the altering is not really on mark at all, overall -- the prices are ridiculous. I have been using them for years ...and at this point can't justify the gouging. Very nice, but push comes to shove -- its all about the money, money, money, money...I'm sure there is another dry cleaner is LA that does good work, doesn't use gross, toxic chemicals and doesn't cost a fortune...when I say fortune I mean fortune...if you go get an estimate up front so you're not shocked out of your head when you go to pick up.

Ritz Cleaners. AVOID THIS DRY CLEANER!!!! They will ruin your clothing not to mention take you money (their prices are too expensive for the crappy work they do).

I use to take my clothing to Ritz cleaners now I will NEVER go back. The people in alterations are horrible - it took 3 times to alter my dress and its still wrong. One seamstress in particular is also incredibly rude. When I wasn't happy with the job he had done, he looked at me and said "what now". Raj, the owner, wouldn't compensate me for my time or difficulties (not to mention that I can't wear the dress I brought to his store because of the bad alternations) and told me I was the problem.

The Biggest RIP OFF the manager Raj is not helpful as well. This place is a Highway robbery joint. They wanted to charge me $15.00 for a button to be sewn on. I told the guy he must be joking he said no it is a whole process with the plasctic bag and hanger. I told him where could stick his bag and hanger. Not worth it at all so many more honest shops in the neighborhood.

This place is nuts... horrid.... You're got to be a total nut to take your clothes here. They charge $8.25 for a regular dry clean men's shirt! That's almost 4 times what normal dry cleaners charge! I mean I can go to another dry cleaners that's 1 mile away and it's $2.50 a shirt. And they aren't even environmentally friendly! And the woman at the counter was rude. Just because it's in Larchmont Village means they can charge that? Whatever.

I just moved into the neighborhood so this place is very convenient to where I live, and the drive through area makes it even easier but no way is it worth $8.25 a shirt. That's insane. Totally nuts. I have friends who get their laundry picked up and delivered to them for a whole lot less.

Then when I picked my stuff up, they gave me a few shirts that wern't mine and charged me for them. I had to go back and straighten it all out. And did they say sorry? no. The girl at the counter was rude and a complete...' female dog.'

Truly Disappointed. I have been going to this cleaner, recommended by a friend, for alterations and dry cleaning for well over three years. i do realize they are a bit pricey but they had always done a good job, until now. i brought in two simple dresses to be shortened, maybe three inches. i go to pick up the dresses and my total was $64!!!! i have have had jeans hemmed, which is a great deal more labor intensive for $20. The next day i called the manager and very politely told him that i thought i was over charged for a simple hem of a dress he told me right away a was wrong and looked up my account. he then proceeded to tell me that is what they charge and it is definitive. i explained i had been there many times before with more extensive alterations and had been charged less; he said i was WRONG! then i told him i will not be taking my business to him again and he merely said sorry, as in oh well. if that is customer service then i DO NOT want to be a customer and either should you. i live in the neighbor and will tell this story again and again. the least you could do is look up the prices that were paid on past hemming and offer those. utterly disappointed. as a customer i have never been treated so poorly. take your business elsewhere.

Saved me on my wedding day!. I took my wedding dress to Ritz Cleaners to be pressed before the big day. When I got it home, I realized that they had balled the train up in the garment bag, so it was incredibly wrinkled. I called them to tell them the problem, and the manager was immediately apologetic. He kept the store open after hours to wait for me to bring it back. They steamed out the wrinkles while I waited (and got a rare glimpse behind the scenes), and helped me lay the dress out in the back of my car and offered me back my money. Mistakes happen. The mark of a good business is how they handle those mistakes- and Ritz Cleaners definitely met my expectations, and then some. I've been a loyal customer ever since.

Used to be worth the price.... I used to justify spending WAY too much on drycleaning here because the results were impeccable. After my last trip, I'm never going back. I could have gotten pretty much the same result running my suit in the dryer with a Dryel sheet. Nothing I took was stained, I was taking the clothes in for freshening/to get rid of persperation. How incompetent does a dry cleaner have to be to fail at that? On top of that, the new staff has 'tude. My card wouldn't run b/c the strip is wearing down, and the cashier refused to manually enter the card number into the machine, 'cause I guess punching in 16 numbers isn't part of her job description. Unforgivable for a place this pricy.

good seamstress... expensive dry cleaning. Ritz has amazing dry cleaning service and if you are not satisfied with the results, they are willing to go back and do it again w/o an attitude. They are on the pricey side for dry cleaning - about $18 for a pair of pants - but they do a good job. The seamstress services are quick and they get the job done right. I wouldn't take your Chanels and Guccis here, but any normal alterations, they definitely pass the test with flying colors. Shortening a pair of pants cost about $18-22.
