salon is out of business?

I tried to make an appointment with Traci, but i found out she moved to D1 salon along with some of the other girls ( Leyla, Michelle, and Shannon) then i found out that salon trezona actually went out of business.

My wife is a regular there and actually made the appointment for me as I'd never been to Salon Trezona before. The reception area is in front of you as you walk in and immediately you notice the scents from the products on the shelves (the candles and oils in particular filled the room and smelled incredible). That coupled with the soft earth tones in the room create a really warm and inviting, yet open space.

I was immediately greeted by an employee whom I learned later was actually the owner. She was very affable and confirmed my appointment, then told me they'd be ready for me in just a minute. I then went to look for a few items that my wife asked me to pick up for her. I had just started browsing when I was already called back for my cut.

I talked with the stylist about the cut I wanted, and she actually listened intently and provided feedback, which in my experience is not always a given. She was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable that she understood what I wanted. I then had an extremely relaxing and thorough shampoo (more great smelling product) before she took me back for the cut.

As was foreshadowed with the shampoo, the cut was also extremely thorough, and I was really impressed at the detail and care put into the haircut. I've gone to dozens of different places over the years and have grown accustomed to the 15-minute, 15-dollar hack job that is the man's haircut. The care and exactness was such a nice departure for me.

Following the cut, I found the remaining items my wife requested with the help of another employee at the reception desk. My wife neglected a detail on a type of hair product I was sent to pick up, but the employee that helped me actually remembered my wife from her previous visits and even knew the right bottle to get. I was amazed.

My wife is still a loyal customer and I am now, too. We both highly recommend Salon Trezona.

good luck getting an appt.

I've finally given up even trying to go to this salon. I received gift certs - the 1st time I went I was turned away because they said they could not give me a facial b/c I was pregnant (I've had no problem getting them at any other place). Finally, post baby, I tried multiple times to schedule a massage. At least 50% of the time they don't answer the phone. When I left messages, they did not return the call. I finally got an appt, got a sitter, etc. and when I arrived they mis-scheduled my appt for the following week. The owner of the salon had no sympathy - although I did get a refund for the gift certs. I must say - this has been the most disappointing salon experience I've ever had.
