First meeting was informative

Carolyn is tailoring your diet to what your body wants. Not your blood-type diet stuff, she is really seeing what is in your body's DNA structure. Setting the base line for the diet period. I am waiting for the results, and then let the real dieting begin!
As we have just set a base line, and that process was informative she only gets 4 stars, I believe after the results we are looking at a 5+...

- Cons: Not a quick diet to start
