The Scene
This low-key lounge has a similar look and feel, complete with accessible booth seating, dim lighting and an eclectic jukebox, which features everything from Jay Z to the Smiths. Brown, gold and red felt-lined walls, stained-glass bar backdrop, pool table and sports-tuned TV set a relaxed living-room vibe where reasonably priced drinks flow as easily as the conversation.
The Draw
The talkative crowd consists of local regulars and Hollywood hipsters, many of whom frequent the owners' other establishments. Most come in groups, so patrons looking to pick up usually end up packing up after a couple of early rounds. It's loud, but not obnoxious, and the mood is mellow, which makes it a great place to chat and chill.

Well I have been to NoBar only a couple of times and each time is less exciting than the next. I consider myself and my friends to be funa dn crazy people and this place is not right for you if you want that. The drink prices are average bar prices, $4/5 beers, $10 cocktails. The bar service is usually attentive and pour good strong drinks. The jukebox has a good variety of music to choose from, but the crowd is usually uneventful. The parking outside is minimal but the street parking is sometimes available, if it isn't I just leave, its not worth it. The lighting is dark and intimate and there is a a pool table in the back, $1 a game. Try it out for yourself, it ain't too bad, but ain't great either.

Best place to go in the valley. Hands down. Great staff. I miss the bald white guy who used to work the door there. Always so friendly and funny. The current staff is still a lot of fun though. One of the best jukeboxes in town.
