love store, nice boutique, good quality, favorite denim brands, like nothing, love designer clothing, mediocre everything
overpriced, but cute clothes.
The place is cute, but the staff are all snotty.
They don’t really even greet you when you walk in unless you are a celebrity.
The clothes are cute, but way overpriced.
I heard that they are closing down. (I wonder why?) lol
Lisa Who?.
This store only gets one star because they have some decent brands. However, I will never walk into this place again. I have given Belle Gray three shots. Every time I have walked into this place, I have been ignored. Not even a "hello", "Can I help you," Nothing. This time there were three employees, one was on the phone ordering a burrito and the other two were discussing what a b*tch there manager was. Are they for real???
I did two rounds around the store and still nothing...
Obviously they are only in business because the owner is famous?
Many , many other clothing stores in this neighborhood. Next.
love love love this store!.
I love this store! I'm a Sherman Oaks local gal so it's very convenient for me to shop here. They have all my favorite denim brands and I love their Rebecca Taylor selection! If you love designer clothing and appreciate good quality stuff... then this is the perfect boutique for you!
Obviously the other reviewers here don't shop designer clothing brands!
this store is a joke, tacky shrine to lisa rinna, overpriced.
dont waste your time here!!!! lisa rinna has always symbolized TACKY and her store is the same. all the pictures of her everywhere are extremely creepy and arrogant, as is the really tacky "shoe room'" she talks so much about. how lame of a celebrity do you have to be to be selling imitation "christian louboutin" shoes which she so proudly claims. yuck!!!!! i had the unfortunate pleasure of having to see her in her store. it was sooooo obvious that all she does is come in and be obnoxious. all i saw was her bitching at her staff when she thought i wasnt paying attention and then making annoying comments to me about how cute everything was on me (how convenient for her) when she looked my way. those poor sales girls looked like they couldnt wait for her to leave. way too expensive of a store, hundred dollar tank tops??? please head to your nearest american apparel instead. who the heck does their buying?
there are plenty of nice boutiques just a few streets down. stay clear of this "shrine to lisa rinna" (as if anyone cares about this overly annoying washed up has been).....
ps, if your looking for a laugh or a "ripleys believe it or not" sort of thing, go in there in hopes of catching ms. rinna so that you can take a look at those lips up close (what a sight, its like a disease growing uncontrollably on her lip, YUCKY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Average Clothes for the Price.
I went here a few times and each time, I was not impressed at all. The clothes are nothing special - and for what you get, they are VERY expensive! I'm used to expensive stores on Ventura but this store isn't worth the stop. The clothes are as scary looking as Lisa is post plastic surgery!! Freaky and scary!
By the way, be careful when you shop here because the store doesn't give you credit if you return something. They claim they will keep your information (and your credit amount) in their computer however they "accidentally" lost my information. I had bought a tank top there for a friend - it cost about $50 - and when I tried to return it (It didn't fit my friend), they had conveniently lost my credit! SHADY!!!
Mediocre at best! This is your average "C" grade store pretending to be an "A". The usual stuff you see everywhere else. Nothing extraordinary and lacking "pieces" as I like to call it. Help is OK but again, everything is mediocre. They just opened a shoe salon next door and I had just seen Lisa Rinna on TV saying she wanted it to be the "best shoe salon in the valley". Sorry girls, just a bunch of cheap imitations of the real thing. What's up with all of the pictures of Ms. Lisa in the store? It's a bit weird and very unimpressive.
Cute but expensive. Went in there after seeing it on TV and saw it was owned by a celebrity. They have cute stuff but mostly all casual. The service was definitly lacking what I expected a boutique to have.... overall it was ok but nothing to come back for.... maybe i'll check it out in a year or so
Celebrity-owned boutique caters to the Valley's trendiest shoppers with sportswear, party dresses and everything-in-between..
In Short
Owned by actress Lisa Rinna ("Dancing with the Stars"), this Ventura Boulevard shop overflows with essentials for any clotheshorse: girly dresses from Diane von Furstenberg and Rebecca Taylor, jeans by Joe's, True Religion and Citizens of Humanity, tops by Cynthia Vincent and Tory Burch and sweats by Juicy. Edgy Tracey Ross sandals and sparkly, whimsical Lizzie Scheck necklaces provide the finishing touches. Also up for grabs are candles, lotions and sweetly sexy Underglam lingerie.
nothing special at all. they had a few pieces of clothing that weren't bad. in general, it was the most average selection of clothing, nothing exciting, nothing exclusive. service was HORRIBLE, they came up once but were too busy having their own conversations to even offer any assistance. what a waste of space
