Pan-Asian Koreatown eatery offers Atlantis-like decor and private karaoke studios.. In Short
An underwater-inspired oasis of tropical fish floating on flat screens, stainless-steel water walls and pillowy cave-like columns define this posh restaurant and nightspot. Eighteen private karaoke rooms upstairs at their Orchid Club range in capacity from five to 35 people and lure in large party groups, while the main level's loungey booths appeal to singles. Continuing the ocean-esque theme, the Asian-fusion menu is dominated by seafood and includes selections like black cod, lobster ravioli and shrimp seviche.

Bartenders. If a bar is a good place to be - its because of the bar staff. Orchid has a grand crew. I head out there on Friday nights, a bit early, and enjoy some after work brews. The bartenders remember to take care of their regulars and tippers - you show them some appreciation and they'll show you plenty in return. In addition to the great staff, the drinks are well-balanced. Great martini selection, expert cocktails and ample assortment of beers. The food is unique (in a good way) - loved the cucumber fish dish - nice. Nice place.

OoH lala!. This place is great!! unlike the other "cafe's" in Ktown. This place definitely has style!! The ambience is great, and sets the mood perfect. The service is also awesome, very attentive and just plain nice. PLUS!! they make very good drinks.. nice and strong! Only thing is that they're a little pricey..but hey, you're paying for the quality right? but i would absolutely go there again!!

You will Love. The food, sublime.

The service, non-pretentious and attentive.

All of the Poke sashimi style appetizers are wonderful.

The duck is prepared creatively and sumptuosly.

The water streaming down is elegant, and not at all noisy. And the decor is memorable.

Simply One Of The Best. From the moment I stepped into Orchid, I knew that the bar/lounge was different than any other I've ever been to. With two of the hottest bartenders around who know their drinks, the service will astound you. I highly recommend Orchid as the hosting venue for any parties, events, or just a social outing for you and a date.

Great Place For Hawaiian Food & Drinks. Went this past weekend for a birthday party and was surprised that the place is so pretty! Red Velvet Couches, a great sound system (they had a DJ later on that night), and really neat water falls. The food was also excellent. I tried the Hawaiian Opah, which came out like sashimi. I also had the Duck, which was also a really good dish. We tried a few of their dozens of martinis and they were excellent. Great food, great atmosphere, and great drinks all around.

Cool place to be. In looking for a different atmosphere to hang especially in K-town, Orchid stands out. With water running down the walls, the atmosphere is tranquil and relaxed. Drinks definitely doesn't hurt either. Great place to hang out, relax or bring a group of friends.

Great Private Karaoke rooms. If you looking for a place to hang and party with your friends. . . .Orchid has these great private rooms upstairs for eating, drinking and singing. . . .I had a birthday party there and we had about 20 people and had a Great Time. Public parking in the back was good.

Great Atmosphere!!!. Great place to have a nice lunch or a full evening to impress a date. Great ambience and good food!
