Great Moving Company

I used this company to make my move, and I can honestly grade them a 3 star all the way across! They have great customer service. I worked with Vilma who helped me out through out my entire move. They were great in assisting all my needs. At first I can honestly say I was a little freaked out of even going with Alliance Express after reading some of the reviews I found about them. But after reading all of the other moving companies reviews that were also offering me their service. They had more good reviews than bad ones compare to everyone else. So this was like having to elect a president!

Going based on my experience all this other people commenting need to cut them a break. They were not bad at all and also not that good. If it wasnt for the part were one of the guy dropped my wife pots which I bought from Crates & Barrel as a xmas gift for her. Which was over $200.00. But their is really no problem that cant be solve. They have fully replaced her pot by sending $250.00, even going over the amount of the receipt I send to them, because they fell really bad about the incident.

Now as promise to them after I would receive my check which arrive today in the morning. I would go and put a review of my experience with this moving company. With Pleasure I would go and rate them a 5+ Star all the way but I have to be honest and go with my heart is telling me. There A-OK.

Great Experience!

I Moved last month from New York to LA besides the excellent choice I made to move to LA im so so so Glad I had a great experience with the moving company I chose. From there friendly staff in the office, to the professionalism of the movers couldnt have asked for anything more! John my Sales Rep made the decision for me very easy I did plenty of research on a bunch of companies but it came down to his great attitude, patience with me, and his honesty and worked really well with my schedule very accomidating and helpful! Overall I defenitly am very thankful to have had such a wonderful experience with a moving company, after hearing about so many bad experiences others had with other companies. I Hope this review helps anyone thats moving!

Best Service

There a great moving company. Made my move turn into a horror to a wonderful easy experienced. I moved from Grass Valley California to Tucson Arizona. I decided to go with this company after speaking to one of the staff. She was such a sweet lady, very patient and very helpful. They provided me with a great price, and still provided me with FREE MATTRESS COVERS and FREE SHRINK WRAP, even packed my 60" LED TV for FREE. They called me in advance, 24 hours to let me know they were on the way. When they arrived the driver and the workers were very polite, dressed in uniform and ready to work. They finished quick, and in no time we were ready to go. They delivered my belongings on time, and with no issues. I had no money problems with them. I would recommend you to use this company as your moving company if you need to move. You would have no regrets of taking my advise.

I can gladly post this review to let you fellows out there know, that if you are looking for a great moving company ALLIANCE EXPRESS, is the way to go. I had to move last minute thing from Washington to California. My whole life I have lived in Washington and just the thought of moving to a new location was just so scary and devastating!! But Alliance turn my horror into a bright new beginning. They gave me the best rates compare to other companies. Provided me with the best customer service. Picked up my furniture on time, and they delivered my belongings before the promised date!! What more can I ask for. They still arrived and assemble my furniture back, and placed my furniture where I desired. No Additional Cost!!! They are lovely caring people and care about there customers. I was very pleased with the over rall service. I can rate this company an A++.
