Don't Go Here If You Want Your Shoes Returned. Dropped off four pairs of men's dress shoes, worth over $1,000. Shoes were lost or given to someone else, and owner refuses to remedy the situation; instead, he insists (incorrectly) that the shoes were picked up (his story has changed multiple times about who, exactly, he gave the shoes to). Will likely file a police report and small claims action. Establishment is dishonest and should be avoided.

best shoe repair. this place is one of the best every messed up destroyed shoe i give him always comes back brand spanking new. the only problem with this place it take some times a few days to a week to get your shoes back and the business is located in a trendy part of los angeles where everyone here wants to be a actor and has no patience. if u dont mind waiting for a week then this man can make ur shoes look new.

a good shoe repair. I went in on a friday afternoon because I neededno heals on my boots. it was a older man who helped me he was very friendly and said he could have it done just give him time. he called me about 3 week later and the shoes look like new. Its a great shoe repair just takes time to get the shoes done. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

User review by zarnst. I had the worst service ever here. My shoes were never ready when they were supposed to be, and I had to return twice for jobs not fully completed. I will never go back.
