Needs Anger Management. My family has been going to this optometrist for 3 years. The doctor has changed from Dr. Herbert Wakamatsu, to this Dr. Chang.

I made the mistake of trying to order my previous brands of contacts online, different than what he prescribed, and when he found out, he was irate, lost control of himself, shouted do you think you can do whatever you want to do? that makes me unnecessary! and told me to get out. maybe he was having a bad day?

He kept shouting and didn't stop to listen. If he did, he would have understood it was a misunderstanding, that I had no idea contact brands had to be prescribed individually. i ended up ordering what he prescribed anyway~

i didnt want to write this online, so i called back to make sure that that was the only reason because he over-reacted. he was so angry and so scary i thought he was going to throw something. yikes.

hopefully if you dont read get to read this, you'll catch him on a better day, or you're the perfect patient.
