When approaching something as personal and emotional as pet care, service is by far the most important aspect when trying a new veterinarian. Although my experience with the veterinarian was for appearances sake outstanding - only time will tell - the coldness and honestly rudeness of the reception and front desk staff make me pause as to whether I will ever return. I was greeted as if I was interrupting something, and I was forced to make my own introduction to blank stares. After the appointment when told to return to the front desk by the Doctor, I was greeted by a "What's up?" by one of the staff, as if I had been an annoyance. I want to feel as if I am taken care of in all aspects, and that my pet is getting the best attention possible. I can't say that Laurel Pet Hospital can offer that, and there are many veterinarians in Los Angeles that can make sure that you and your pet receive excellent care and service.

All of my friends have discontinued doing business at this place because of the RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL front desk staff. I have tried to hang on because I adore the vets, Dr. Seoud and Dr. Todd. Unfortunately, now that I have had one more bad experience, I too will not return. It is unfortunate that the unacceptabley rude staff are driving away the business. It is also expensive. They'd have to be paying me to tolerate this rude treatment. A staff member yelled at me!
Pros: Great vets
Cons: customers treated very poorly, no parking
