I was involved in a pretty bad
accident, after searching and looking for a nice, reputable and HONEST Body shop I found Kens Collision Center not far from my house. They were able to settle with my insurance company, at the same time I was a little worried because I dint have rental coverage in my policy but they were nice to provide me with a loaner.
Been from out of state could be an issue when you don’t know anybody in town but I’m glad Ken and Laura helped me through this process free of worries.
I definitely recommend this Collision Center to anybody in the greater Los Angeles area

Just having to deal with an accident is
a pain in the A!
first the guy that hit me, then the insurance Co. then this, then that,,, but Ken at Kens Collision is nothing but a Joy, all i did was drive my car to Kens, gave them my claim number and after a week i received a call that my car was ready, funny thing my 2011 Audi looks better than when i drove out the dealer. lol...

Ken is awesome, he window tinted my car!....he is a rad job and I love the way my car looks , the shop is a dude parardise, great decor, clean , friendly, everyone there is awesome! from now on for anything regarding my prelude I'm gonan use Kenz Collision !

Top-notch customer service all the way!. Ken Corrales and his entire staff & repair team make you feel like family the moment you walk into the door. Top-notch customer service all the way! I had been with the same mechanic in Burbank for 10 years and never thought I'd go anywhere else until a close friend recommended Kens Collision Center. The quality of their work and the incredible caring attention that they consistently provide to all of their customers is unmatched, in my book. My Mustang won't let me take her anywhere else but to Ken's shop. And for good reason!

Like Family, Customer for LIFE!.
Body shops don't get better than Ken's and if they do, I STILL wouldn't go elsewhere. I have went to Ken for three accidents now in the past three years..... embarrassing but true. Two of them including this most recent accident I paid out of pocket. Not only was Kens quote literally HALF of the estimate of 7 other rip offs in Hollywood but I got a free loaner (eh, but it drove :-D)
Second accident was though insurance and he helped with the deductible.
This recent accident Bertha and Ken were like family to me. I'll save the details but Itold them what I could afford to fix both cars and they did everything they possibly could to help me.. Truly a blessing.
On top of the support they offer the work is flawless. Not that I am a body shop worker but I've f'd up my car enough to really know what a good job is and holy macro, props guys I don't know how you do it. Plus when you get the car back its detailed. Like new..... If I had better writing skill I would go on an on but I don't so the fact that I am even writing this is a testament to my appreciation for them. hA!

kens is the BEST!!. i took my car to kens before returning my lease. it had some nice scrapes and dings from being hit in parking lots and on the street as that is the only place i can park at my home. i took my car in to repair these things and was sick of driving around a "messed up" car. i wanted to return my lease early because i was so done with it! after getting my car back, i was so amazed at the phenomenal job that was done. my black beauty was back to her brand new off the dealership lot self. for about 3 weeks i debated on whether i should now get rid of her. Kens Collision did such a great job and their customer service was awesome. the girls definitely take care of you and ken lets you know what to expect in the process . I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who lives in southern california!!!! :D
