Easy and I saved money. Saw their sign on Santa Monica and Vine and was in the shopping center. I walked in and talked to Helen, told her I thought I was paying to much for auto insurance. She gave me a fast quote, I was paying 42.00$ more for less coverage!!!!

fantastic customer service. I switched to Hollywoods insurance 4 years ago and I use my vehicle more than the average person.

On the road all day, everly day. When I had problems they took care of it like it wasn't.

If only everybody could have attitudes like these people!

Terrible experience with Hollywood AIS Insurance - Do Not Recommend. I Definitly DO NOT recommend this company! I went to their office to cancel my policy, they said it was cancelled, but they still keep charging me. I tried to call the office and there is absolutely nobody to help you when you want to cancell your policy. I felt totally ripped off!

Worst Insurance Company to Deal With. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!! Please read this before you decide to use them for auto insurance:

After being with this company for only 3 months they stopped reporting to the DMV that I had insurance with them and was unable register my vehicle. Mind you there had been no lapse in coverage or anything of the kind.

Two months later they claimed I was late on a payment and had to pay $10 over my usual monthly charge. Even though this was not the case I went ahead and paid the requested amount to avoid any other problems. Just one month later they jacked my insurance up by more than $30 a month without notice (and I have had zero moving violations in 13 years of driving). I am going to be calling AIS and demanding that I get put with a different company at their cost because this one is just trying to rip people off. This is just as much the fault of AIS for not giving a detailed look at the track records of the companies they sell.
