Great Customer Service. I looked into an apartment for my mom. I was called 3 times within 2 days and emailed. The person I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

BOY AM I GLAD I DONT LIVE HERE, bad customer service. Looking at the response time for the first "Review" (written March 9, 2007 and responded to in June 2011 ) I should have known better than try to contact them!!!

I attempted to contact this business regarding price and availability for an advertised apartment. Even though I called (several times) during business hours, I never got a "Live Person", just a recording to call another number. Called that number and was told I had the wrong number for rental information and given another number to call. Tried that number and got the same recording directing me to the same number that told me I called the wrong number.

If it is this hard to get someone so I can rent there, can you imagine the difficulty it would be to get a repair done?

Poor Customer Service. Contacted Sean at the number listed to get general information about the property. He hung up on me stating he was too busy. I called back again, and was hung up on once more. I will not rent there. Very poor customer service.
