Unprofessional!!. I went to order a green three eyed alien from the movie Toy story, the lady taking my order was sucking on sunflower seeds and jabbering on with other staff!! I was a little put off, plus I had a feeling she didn't know what character I was talking about. So I kept telling, "You know this character right she kept saying yes yes. I had a picture of the character, it was really small, but she kept saying yes I know and that it would be ready 2 days before the party. WRONG!! I called 2 days before the party, NOT ready yet, okay I still have 1 more day till the party. Called day before the party, STILL NOT ready!!! Day of the party FINALLY ready?!! I was busy setting things up, my husband and bro. went to pick it up, came back w/ a typical pinata w/ buzz on the front and cones all around? That's not what I paid and ordered. My husband was pissed!!As was I ! He said they made a stupid weird rocket ship w/ ARMS?!! How does that even come close to the green alien from the movie. Dumb A! Never going to order things there again, just buy some candies. Maybe.

******** WARNING!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! *********. i am a single parent on a birthday budget for my soon to be 2 year old sons birthday, and his theme that i chose was disneys cars. i went to this place and found a Tow Mater pinata. ( the tow truck from the movie cars) it was so cute so i bought it for $40. When i got home and showed my mom, she had already bought one for his party to help me out. i still needed to get more supplies for the party so i called this place the next day after i had bought it and asked them not for a refund but for at least an exchange for other party supplies. they said "NO" straight out, and they were so rude about it. i told them my story about me on a budget and needing to get more supplies for the party, and they still said no. so i called the next day to talk to the owner and he said "NO" also. The owner said that there is a sign in front of the cashier saying no refunds or exchanges, but i didnt notice it, i was so happy finding the pinata. i didn't think that a family owned business could have no such passion about me on a budget and needing more birthday supplies. I am so upset, i spent $40 that i didnt even have for my sons party and they had no regards to myself or my sons party. this is the worst party store i have ever boughten from and plus the service i got from the woman was so rude and un-proffesional. i have friends and family who we share information on party stores and this is a BIG NO, NO!!! this place is NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
