Poor customer service in a time of need. I called here to order flowers for friend whose husband passed away. The only time you aren't happy to send someone flowers! I didn't get to why I was sending flowers as before the woman asked for the address. When I gave the address she responded with "I hate that street, it's really a pain". I said "Should I call someone else?" She said, "Well yeah... well how much is the order first??" Obviously I told her I would find someone else!! The order was about $200. I didn't tell her that! In these days customer service is so important but it's not important to Acton Country Flowers!
