Seems like the real estate market is so bad realtors are resorting to falsifying their ads to get people to look at their listings! Remax of N O C has this listing, MLS# P646255 address: 1490 W LAMBERT RD 344 LA HABRA, CA 90631 and they list the living size as 915 sq ft. Not according to the tax assessors office, more like 868 sq ft. ! Also they state there are 2 garages when in fact there is only 1 carport!! How about the spa? Nope. There is a pool but the spa was nowhere to be found. They need to get there act together and make sure their listings are accurate. I will be checking on other listings they have and they what I read better be what I see!
