The worst service, EVER!. Horrible experience! Fourth time in Off Broadway shoes the sale and markdowns kept me going. However, the customer service experience was NEVER fair. SECURITY WILL FOLLOW YOU! Especially if you are darker than brown. Sales people ignore customers, chatty to each other, cashier are oblivious, unfriendly, and unprofessional.

My finale visit to Off Broadway Shoes just happened, I was in the store when security ran up to me, into my personal space at 10pm no later than 10:01 telling me that the store was closed, already cleaned, and the registers are going to be closed, so I will NOT be able to purchase anything, also told me what time the store opens and repeated this in a nasty tone. He proceeded in singling ME out while other customers continued to shop throughout the entire store. Not until I put the shoes (I was rushing to sort out) down onto the floor is when he stopped, walked away, and came back while I walked out in another NIce/Nasty loud tone, THANK YOU COME AGAIN.

OBS has the most ignorant security and customer service in the shoe business. DO NOT SHOP

Great shoes, Great deals. I'm not from a city where OFF BROADWAY SHOE WAREHOUSE is close by. When I first stepped into the store, I was not only overwhelmed by their shoe selection but also by their amazing prices. This store doesn't require "shoe sales' to purchase affordable shoes. You can not only buy one pair of shoes in this store. I cannot wait to visit LAX again to shop in this store. Next time bring a bigger suitcase. :)

A real find..... I used to just buy all my better shoes at Nordstrom, but now that many of the same shoes that Nordstrom carries can be found at Off Broadway, I tend to frequent this store more often. You can expect to spend at least 2 hours at this warehouse as there are so many shoes to see. They carry many different widths, starting with narrow to extra wide shoes although NOT in every style. However, there really is something for everybody here. No one bothers you there unless you ask for help and the check out is quick with dollars off on every receipt for your next visit. Parking is a breeze as they have quite a large lot. I just can't rave about this place enough. It's well worth a visit even if you have to drive some distance to reach it! With all this praise soon the word will be out and the store will become even more crowded :-)

Large Selection, Awesome prices. A bit overwhelming, so plan to spend a while...you can find great deals...they change their stock often.

My Favorite Shoe Store. This place rocks!!! I can always find what I am looking for in my size at the best price. If they don't have it, it doesnt exist.

Shoes, Shoes and more Shoes. Me and my friends were there this weekend and I was very please, found what I was looking for and for sure they did too. This place has such a big variety of shoes , trust me you will not be disappointed.
