I came to Vivian after tearing my hamstring and not wanting to enter the slow Kaiser system. I was afraid I wouldnt play softball again, walk or get back to my normal activities. Not only did Vivian diagnose specifically what my injury was, but within 2 treatments/2 weeks with a good home program I was back on the ball field (yes- she did tell me I did it too soon, but I used a pinch runner) and am able to use my leg for working and daily activities. A possible nightmare was turned into a safe place to recover with guidance, ease and satisfied results. I'd recommend her to anyone and if your insurance doesnt cover her - see her anyway - she is worth the time.

Pros: Speed of recovery, quickly got in to see her, staff great

Rushed. Expensive. Tried to adjust me and hurt me. Take caution when considering this clinic. Nice staff though.

Cons: price, in a hurry, not a good adjustor

I am sorry that you had a poor experience at the clinic. Since we don't have your personal information, I cannot know what didn't work for you and how you might have possibly been injured, but Vivian would be more than open to discuss your situation. We wish you would have called and let us know what happened instead of jumping to lower our business. Vivian spends much more time with patients than most other clinics, so we are not sure how it could be that she is in a "hurry", and we are truly interested in discussing your experience and we are always open to reimburse dissatisfied customers.
