The only work out you will ever need...

...at least for your muscles. Just like many of the other reviewers I have always hated weight lifting of any kind, but this is a program that is easy on my joints and makes continuing a breeze. The results are nothing short of miraculous. Friends I haven't seen in a while can't believe the physical changes... my body is muscular for the first time in my life. Elisa is the bomb!!! I cannot recommend this gym, this program, or my trainer enough!
Never thought possible.

I'm 37 and I've NEVER stuck to an exercise regimen for longer than six months, no matter how much I "invested". With 4 Ideal Fitness, I'm going on a year now and I'm still eager for each session and proud of the results that are impossible to ignore. My arms have definition for the first time in my life, and my hind end looks like it did in high school. Also, it's one of the few things I can continue to do through my pregnancy, so I know while it may go away, the hind end will definitely return.
The environment is free of L.A. clutter like mirrors and cell phones, and each room only allows for a maximum of two clients at a time. The result is very calming but still very focusing, but the trainers really make the experience spectacular. Elisa was my first and due to scheduling, I now work with Mark. I have no doubt that every single person employed here has the perfect combination of therapist/cheerleader/anatomy expert/and phenomenal human being. They encourage without nagging, they inspire without condescending, and they individualize not only for each client, but for each moment. I hand out card to everyone I know... they are the best in the city.

Truly ideal workout

It's been easy for me to to stick with this program for a number reasons -- I can get the work out done quickly, at a time that's convenient for me, and my trainer, Elisa, is great. She not only motivates, but is able to match her training style to your individual needs. And, 30 minutes/week means that it's unlikely that you'll miss a session. Initially, the cost seemed high, but once you get started and see the results, you realize that it's worth every cent.
An Incredible Workout

Before starting at 4 Ideal Fitness, I had never commited to a exercise regiment. But 30:00 minutes a week I could do. I'm so glad I did. It's an incredible workout. I am stronger, thinner and happier. I have strength and stamina and muscle definition that I've never had before. Elisa, my trainer is AMAZING! She's extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me get the best workout. Elisa guides me in form and gives me encouragement and guidance that has given me RESULTS! I've recommended Super Slow to my friends and co-workers; anyone who will listen. Those who have are as thrilled as me.

I love this workout! I never believed I would see any change with only a half hour a week. After 8 weeks my husband and my kids both tell me how great I look. This really works!
