Loud crowd, poor service, don't recommend. I received a gift certificate for this establishment which included 2 general admissions, 2 medium soda pops and 1 large bag of popcorn. I was told by the snack bar attendant that the gift certificate was for a medium bag of popcorn and that the voucher was miss labeled. I read the fine print on the gift certificate and it didn't state anywhere that Pacific Theatres had the right to void the voucher. The snack bar attendant refused to honor the voucher.

The movie started 15 minutes late because the light bulb to the projector was burned out and needed to be replaced. The manager was courteous enough to offer a refund or exchange to another movie.

I also experienced a loud crowd that wouldn't quiet down. I think it goes without saying that I won't be returning to Pacific Theatres anytime soon.
