I used them to deliver california pizza kitchen for a lunch catering at a doctors office and had a great experience . The food was delivered on time and set out by the driver . they made it really easy . great service I will use them again in the future .

Worst Service - Do Not Waste Your Money

Ordered CPK today at 11:47 am. At 12:52 pm I received a call saying that my order was going to be late. He said it should be here in 20 min. Received my cold pizza at 1:55 pm. There is no excuse. Do not waste your money or time.

Horrible, Horrible Service!

Horrible, horrible service.

We ordered dinner at 4:45 pm from a local restaurant.

At 6:20 they still had not delivered, so we called them to ask what had happened and they said that they made a scheduling error and that the earliest would be 7:30 or later.

This was my wife's birthday dinner and we have 4 kids. The kids would not wait around til 7:30 or later.

I asked the customer service rep what he could, to discount or comp, or get another driver over at least, and basically he said:

You have two options: you can either wait or cancel. And that's it. There's nothing else we can do.

This is the 2nd time they have done this sort of thing.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

• Pros: Restaurants are fine
• Cons: Horrible, horrible service. Food is usually cold by the time it gets here.
