So Juan the finance manager goes and gets me such a great deal on the financing the day after I'd already signed all the paperwork, that he calls me and has me come in to sign a better deal. That's right, he went and worked me a better deal, calls me up after I'd signed, and gets all new paperwork ready so he can save me more money. Service!
