Tips for Cold Stone Creamery

Sweet tooths line up for ice cream concoctions made on a granite slab.. In Short
Crowds of couples, teenagers and parents with toddlers press up against the long refrigerated display case at this dessert chain, where a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets are made in-store daily. Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.

BEST ICE CREAM HANDS DOWN!. COLD STONE HAS THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER HAD! THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ROCKS SINCE ITS NEXT TO THE THEATER AND I CAN TAKE MY ICE CREAM IN TO THE MOVIES WITH ME. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND GREAT AND ALWAYS HELPS ME PICK MY CONCOCTION! YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE!

Very friendly staff, long lines. Located next to the movie theater, this is a great location to stop by at either after dinner or before your late night show. Their staff has been very friendly and their ice cream tastes great! Sometimes the staff will even make suggestions for toppings when you feel stuck. My favorite recommendation has been their pistachio ice cream with chocolate chips mixed in. Their chocolate-covered waffle cones are awesome if not a bit too much sugar for one snack!

Too long of a wait, too expensive of a dessert. Don't even bother on a weekend any where near when the theatre lets out, you'll find yourself waiting an hour to be over charged by a business that makes teenagers sing at minimum wage.

Not ice cream, sugar and artificial flavorings overload. This place has possibly the worst ice cream anywhere. Try any of their flavors without the artificial things they stuff the ice cream with, and you will see what I mean. It is nothing but cheap milk mixed with sugar and artificial flavorings, put through an ice cream maker. This so called ice cream is synthetic tasting, overloaded with sugar, texture is all wrong, and is good for nothing but a trash can.

As far as the whole concept of mixing things into ice cream, here is my though. Fruits, chocolate and any natural product is fine. Cookies and chunks of whatever is just repulsive.

Delish, but enough with the singing. Love the ice cream, hate the cutesy singing after a tip is put in the tip jar. But the service is always great. Don't want to wait in line? Try calling to order ahead (provided you already know what you want). Wanna save money and don't mind sharing with a loved one? Collaborate on a flavor and order a pint. It's only about 40 cents more than a medium-sized cup and almost twice as much ice cream, plus you get an extra mix-in and a reusable plastic container with lid.
