The agent at H & R Block was very pleasant as she was preparing my taxes. You wouldn't expect as such when dealing with a big name place who just view everyone as faceless numbers. After a delightful discussion regarding her cat "Bellza?" and my supermodel of the feline world "Betty" The process was practically complete. If only Uncle Sam was as good to me as H & R Block, I'd be in good shape!
