Breath Taking Arrangements. Excellent customer service!!!. I had to get an arrangement to my parents for their anniversary and Vera at Flowers Heaven Scent went the extra mile and made sure it got to them that same evening. I am so happy to know that their are forists who care about their customers. My Parents were so happy with the amazing and creative design of the arrangement that they are now also customers of Flowers Heaven Scent. This is the best florist ever and when you call ask for Vera and you will get the best service ever.

Horrible Customer Service. My flowers died after 4 days and I called to speak with them about it. They told me they would replace the flowers the next day. Unfortunately, Brandy kept making excuses why she couldn't deliver them. She kept on telling me she would deliver but never did. She even told me that she didn't care if she lost my business. She was awful to work for and very rude to me each time I spoke with her on the phone. The flowers are pretty but they are not worth the person you will have to deal with.

Below Par. My husband bought me flowers from here and they were dead the next day. I don't understand why these florists think they can get away with giving people dead flowers. If you have a choice...don't even try this place. You will be sorely disappointed and so will anyone who has the misfortune of receiving them.
