Opened in 2004, this Ethiopian eatery is divided into two separate sections--the smaller main room, awash in kelly green walls punctuated by tribal art and images of African animals, welcomes guests with a handful of tables and a makeshift hut of mesobs (woven straw tabletops). Just steps beyond the open kitchen--which turns out chicken and vegetarian combos for breakfast, lunch and dinner--lies the dining-room-for-hire that can hold up to 85 people.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST ETHIOPIAN RESTAURANT IN LOS ANGELES IT WAS SO GOOD IN FACT MY FRIEND JOINED ME WHO HAD TRIED ANOTHER RESTAURANT ON FAIRFAX AND REALLY DIDNT LIKE IT HE DECIDED TO TRY IT AGAIN AS I AM SUCH A FAN AND HE LOVED IT SO MUCH!!!!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD AND CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN!!!!!
